Here are a few brief answers to FAQs that might help:
  • Most orders ship between 7-14 days after the order is placed (with exceptions for pre-orders).
  • If you need information about a return/exchange, please click the link in the upper left hand corner of the screen (in the red back).
  • For safety and logistics reasons, we are not currently offering local pick up options in lieu of shipping.
  • We are open to custom printing, however the turnaround for most custom print jobs is approximately one month.
  • Please send an email to ritualprintco@gmail.com if you're interested in talking about a custom job.
  • We are not offering graphic design services at this time.
  • We cannot do one-offs at this time.
  • For custom orders, art files need to be at least 300 dpi at the size you want it printed (max 11" wide), in .ai, .psd, or .pdf format.
  • We don't have a brick and mortar storefront, but we do regularly participate in market events around the Twin Cities and elsewhere when we're able.
